Carlos School of Motoring operates as a driving instructor referral and online theory education platform. We do not provide practical driving lessons.

Practical driving instruction is delivered by independent DVSA-approved driving instructors who contract directly with learners.

2. Instructor Matching Service

We match learners with independent instructors based on information provided, such as location, availability, and preferences. We do not guarantee instructor availability, lesson prices, or test outcomes.

3. Independent Instructors

• Instructors are not employees or agents of Carlos School of Motoring
• Lesson pricing, scheduling, and payments are agreed directly between learner and instructor
• Any disputes relating to lessons must be resolved directly with the instructor

4. Online Theory Training

Our platform provides online driving theory education, practice materials, and learning resources. While we aim to keep content accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee theory test success.

5. Payments

Any payments made to Carlos School of Motoring relate only to online theory training or platform access. We do not collect payments for practical driving lessons.

6. Limitation of Liability

Carlos School of Motoring is not responsible for:

• The quality or outcome of practical driving lessons
• Actions or omissions of independent instructors
• Driving test results or delays

7. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. Your information may be shared with instructors solely for the purpose of instructor matching.
